On Tuesday, October 4, 2022, Fred Eugene Hoops, Jr., loving husband and father of three passed away at the age of 41. 

Fred was a hardworking family man and father, who always made sure everyone was full of life and laughter. Fred has left a mark on everyone's heart he has come in contact with. Fred will be dearly missed and always loved and cherished. 

Fred is survived by his loving wife Stephanie Hoops of 26 years, 2 children; Heather and Troy, one - stepson Blaise, whom he has always loved as his own, his mother - Marlene, one brother - Timmy, and two sisters; Michelle and Angel, whom he loved with his whole heart; and his most prized possessions his grandchildren; Kloe, Gabriel, Madison, and several nieces and cousins. 

Fred was preceded in death by his father, Fred Sr. and nephew Alex.
